Yes! This is peanut butter and protein shake.

Who doesn't know.
Keto diet is a diet when you eat only a fat and protein. Carbohydrates too but only from vegatebles to Max 50 g on a day.

Thanks to that diet you can burn your fat faster.

Diet is hard for first 2 weeks. After that it hard too xD but you get use to it.

My diet is 2000 kcal only. I training 5 days in a week.

Monday, Wednesday , Friday - full body workout but not stomach
Tuesday, Thursday - stomach.
After training of course 20-30 min cardio

After two weeks I burned 2 kilograms.

I am stronger so diet is good I think.
People told that you can't lean mass on keto but I think this is possible.
I will try that later. Now I am on fat reduction.
Too many beers before xD

50 g carbohydrates
